I’m the Chief Executive Officer of Jaja Finance and a financial-services operator with a background in structured finance, consumer credit and investment management. It is a field where funding mechanics, risk discipline and regulation have a habit of overruling the strategy deck.

Before becoming CEO, I led capital markets and served as CFO at Jaja. Earlier roles at Hoist Finance, Moody’s and Société Générale covered investments, credit analysis, securitisation and financial institutions across European markets. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance from Bocconi University. These details are also available in my public Jaja profile.

I use this site to work through questions that deserve more than a social-media post: warehouse funding, governance failures, organisational design, and what changes when AI moves from a tool to part of the operating model. I’m interested in the point where an attractive idea meets a balance sheet, a control framework, or a team expected to deliver it.

The writing is for founders, executives, investors, and operators who want to understand how a business actually holds together. I’d rather make a narrow argument that can be tested than offer a sweeping one that cannot.

I use research and drafting tools, including AI, to extend the range of evidence I can test. I remain accountable for the thesis, source selection, factual checks and final text. The editorial method explains that process.
