Pit Wall
An F1 team-principal decision game where each call shifts the balance between the board, sponsors, drivers, and performance.
Pit Wall is a decision game set inside a Formula 1 team. You are the team principal, making a sequence of binary calls while trying to keep four competing interests in balance: the board, sponsors, drivers, and on-track performance.
Each choice moves those four meters. Let any one reach zero or its maximum and the run ends. Survive ten decisions to advance to the next chapter, across a five-chapter campaign with increasing difficulty.
The design takes inspiration from Reigns: simple choices with consequences that accumulate. A decision that helps one part of the team can put pressure on another, so survival depends on reading the current balance and thinking beyond the immediate reward.
Built with Next.js and Supabase, the game applies its rules on the server and varies the cards through seeded selection and repetition controls. Pit Wall is a compact experiment in turning competing incentives into something you can play.
